These terms govern your use of https://ashmangroup.co.uk (the "Site") and any enquiry submitted through it. By using the Site you agree to these terms. Any contracted work is in addition governed by a written quote/contract that we issue separately.
About us
Ashman Group Ltd is a property-care business operating across the BA, SN and GL postcodes within roughly 25 miles of Frome, Somerset. Contact: ashmangroup1@gmail.com.
Using the site
- The Site is provided for information and to let you request quotes, site visits and callbacks.
- You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to interfere with its operation or submit false or fraudulent enquiries.
- All content (text, images, logos, code) is owned by Ashman Group Ltd unless otherwise indicated and may not be reproduced without permission.
Quotes & estimates
Any quote we provide is based on the information you give us and (where applicable) a site visit. A quote becomes a contract only once you accept it in writing and we confirm acceptance. Prices are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Quotes do not include hidden extras — variations are agreed in writing before any extra cost is incurred.
Work, materials & warranties
- All work is carried out by our own employed crews unless a specific specialist is named in your quote.
- Workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from completion; structural work on extensions and conversions carries a 10-year structural workmanship warranty.
- Material and product warranties are passed through from the manufacturer.
- Architectural drawings, structural calculations and planning submissions are coordinated through trusted partners; their fees are itemised in your quote and commissioned once you confirm the project and pay the design deposit.
Payments
Payment terms are set out in your quote. For larger projects a staged-payment schedule applies. Late payment may incur statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 where applicable.
Liability
We carry £5,000,000 of public liability insurance. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any contract for work is limited to the price of the work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
