These terms govern your use of https://ashmangroup.co.uk (the "Site") and any enquiry submitted through it. By using the Site you agree to these terms. Any contracted work is in addition governed by a written quote/contract that we issue separately.
About us
Ashman Group Ltd provides clearances and waste removal, with exterior and interior cleaning by arrangement. Based in Frome, Somerset. Contact: ashmangroup1@gmail.com.
Using the site
- The Site is provided for information and to let you request quotes, site visits and callbacks.
- You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to interfere with its operation or submit false or fraudulent enquiries.
- All content (text, images, logos, code) is owned by Ashman Group Ltd unless otherwise indicated and may not be reproduced without permission.
Quotes & estimates
Any quote we provide is based on the information you give us and (where applicable) a site visit. A quote becomes a contract only once you accept it in writing and we confirm acceptance. Prices are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Quotes do not include hidden extras, variations are agreed in writing before any extra cost is incurred.
Scope of work
- Clearance prices cover collection, loading and disposal of the items agreed in your quote.
- Additional items, access requirements and changes in scope are assessed and agreed before the work is carried out.
- Hazardous materials such as asbestos, chemicals and gas bottles cannot be collected. Other restricted items are assessed individually.
- Cleaning work covers the areas and scope agreed in your quote, subject to availability.
Payments
Payment terms are set out in your quote. Late payment may incur statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 where applicable.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any contract for work is limited to the price of the work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
